~ The Harvest ~

Starting in August each piece of land is meticulously monitored.


Regular checks include :

  • - Removing a hundred or so grapes to measure the sugar content.
  • - Tasting the grapes (the fruit, skin, pips).
  • - Visual examination of fruit, pips and stalks.


We harvest exclusively by hand with teams of pickers whose numbers vary depending on the evolution of each piece of land. This enables us to be fastidious in our selection of bunches, scrapping any that may be over-the-top or unripe.
